Do you use cPanel?
We use Enhance instead. It's a modern control panel that covers everything cPanel does: one-click apps, mailboxes, DNS, free SSL and daily backups, with each site isolated in its own account. Think cPanel rebuilt for the 2020s.
Is my website hosted in Australia?
Yes. Every hosting plan runs from an Australian data centre, so your site and its data stay in Australia.
Can I migrate from cPanel, Plesk or DirectAdmin?
Yes, and we'll handle it for free. Send us your current host details through the contact form in the client area and we'll move your sites, mail and DNS across with as little downtime as possible.
How much disk space do I get?
10 GB on Starter, 25 GB on Studio, 50 GB on Business. It's a single pool shared across all the websites in your plan, so you can put it wherever you need it rather than being locked to a per-site figure. The space is for files that are part of a working site, not for backup archives or file storage.
Is there a data transfer limit?
No. We don't count gigabytes and you'll never get a bill for traffic. Fair use applies: the space and the bandwidth are for a working website, not for file storage, media distribution or bulk email. If your site grows past what shared hosting suits, we'll talk to you about a VPS rather than switching anything off.
